Blueberry Banana

A delicious green smoothie with an antioxidant boost.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 tsp prebiotic powder
  • 2 ` tsp chia seeds optional
  • 1-2 frozen okra optional
  • 2 cups fresh kale or spinach
  • 1-2 cups blueberry kvass (or favorite liquid) see link

Instructions

  1. If prepping ahead, put all ingredients except liquid into BPA free freezer bags and freeze for up to 3 months.

  2. When ready, put all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
