Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberries frozen
  • 1/4 cup strawberries, organic frozen
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup blackberries frozen
  • 1/4 cup raspberries, organic fresh or frozen
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder organic
  • 1-2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 tsp hemp seeds optional
  • 2-3 superfood boosts see link above
  • 1-2 cups almond milk (or favorite liquid)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
