E17: Surviving Luxuries

Please follow and like us:

Today, Tami talks about how life has changed over the past 100 or so years and the ways that our health has been effected by that change.  Have we “convenienced” ourselves into illness and disease?  Are the very “first world” luxuries that we are enjoying causing us to be sick?  Tami has an opinion and some tips to help create some change in the lives of individuals and maybe the world.
